Studio Rates & Booking Information
Booking Information ​

To book our services - please visit the CONNECT page - send an email with the following information:

- Contact email
- What type of booking you are looking for - placed within the Subject line
- In the body, please provide detailed information on your production and the preferred dates/times,
Once the date/time is established, we will then confirm your booking with you via return email which will include the following.
- Confirmed date and time (s), of booking
- Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policies
- Deposit and e-transfer information, including balance
Once the deposit has been made, we will send an Invoice to you as an attachment.
Studio and Service Rates:
Recording Studio
Drums, guitar, vocals and keys - two hour minimum- 120
Voiceovers per hour- 60 - three hour block -150
Voiceover Auditions per hour - 60

We offer block rates for multi-day and larger recording projects.
Post Audio
Mixing: - per song - 140
Mastering - per song - 60
Mixing and Mastering - entire project - up to twelve songs - 1800
Vinyl Mastering - up to 12 songs - 900
Podcast Post - up to four individual stems/tracks - per episode - 45

Self Tape Auditions​
Standard sessions - up to 60 minutes - 70
Ideal for most audition taping sessions—typically 1 to 6 pages or two short scenes - for one-liners, SOC (silent on camera) roles, short commercial auditions, or single-scene tapes under 2 pages
Extended sessions - up to 90 minutes - 120
Recommended for self tapes with longer scripts (7+ pages), multiple scenes, or complex material.

As a general rule, plan for about 20 minutes per scene, depending on the script and your working style. If you’re taping more than one audition in the same session, or aren’t sure how long you’ll need, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you choose the right session length for your audition tape.​​

Behind The Scenes Videography
Daily rate - up to twelve hours per with Iphone 15 Pro Max, various pro camera apps, filters, and DJI gimbal - 650
With Nikon D7500 mirrorless DSLR,, DJI Gimbal - up to 12 hours per day - 900
Above pricing includes all deliverables - media management, rough edita, cloud based delivery and travel throughout the GTA.
Documentary Videography
Half Day Rate - up to 6 hours - 600
Full Day Rate - up to 12 hours - 950

The above price includes; consultation with venue, equipment set up at sound check, the performance recording, audio data transfers to/from our digital audio workstation, and travel expense/time within the greater Toronto area. We do offer discounted rates for your entire project - the recording, mixing and mastering process. - just send us a detailed message for a quote.

Our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Recording Studio - including all instruments, vocal, voiceover and voice auditions - a deposit of 50% is required at time of booking through Interact e-transfer to secure your time slot. We will accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance - .after the 24 hour time, you will then forfeit the deposit - as it compensates the studio for holding the time that could have been used for another client. If you request to reschedule with significant notice - up to and including 48+ hour in advance - it is permitted once with no forfeit of deposit - the same for multi-day bookings.
Self Tape Auditions - a deposit of 50% is required at time of booking through Interact e-transfer to secure your time slot. Tardiness - our universal rule is that the session time starts at the scheduled hour, regardless of when our client (s) arrives. There is no obligation to extend the session to make up for the client's tardiness, especially if another client is booked immediately afterward. We have to ensure one client's lateness doesn't impact our next client.
Videography - a retainer/deposit of 50% is required and non-refundable - this payment secures the date - compensates our company for turning away other business in the timeframe, and covers our administrative/consultation time. We allow clients to reschedule up to two times without losing the deposit, provided sufficient notice of 15 days is given and the new date (s) is mutually agreeable.. Rescheduling close to the original date may incur a rescheduling fee or require a new retainer. There will also be a written agreement/contract before a submission of retainer/deposit - in protection of all parties.
Post Audio/Mixing/Mastering - a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the project fee and required at time of booking through Interact e-transfer. There are no refunds on deposits or completed work as it compensates the studio for holding the time that could have been used for another client. The remaining balance is due once the project is completed - before the audio files are forwarded. To advise; samples of the audio files are shared throughout the project time. We will also accommodate up to three revisions of the mix.
​Session Bass - full amount for single recordings, and 50% deposit on complete album projects is required, balance on the later to be forwarded upon completion - before full audio tracks are sent.
Live Recording - We discuss the overall project - either capture of full production - then venue for tech requirements - matching to our specs. Once this is established, we go ahead with booking and making arranging for either file transfers or mixing/mastering your project
